Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
