Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Boise, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
