Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
