Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boise, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
