Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright North Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
