Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Austin. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
