Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
