Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Vale Financial Group serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
