Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
