Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting.
