Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
