Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
