Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Pike Medical is a Tampa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
