Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
