Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
