Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Summit Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Spokane producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
