Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Pine Financial Group serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
