Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
