Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Junction Medical designs and makes medical devices in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
