Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Richmond, VA)

Nova Drift Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Richmond serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
