Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Maple Medical Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
