Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
