Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Nova Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
