Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
