Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bluepeak North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
