Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Lumen Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
