Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Redstone Beacon Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
