Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Redstone Holdings develops and makes medicines in Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
