Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Westbrook Nest Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
