Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
