Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Foxglove Ember Markets Group is a Tucson retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
