Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Medical Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
