Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
