Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 310 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
