Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Nest Markets Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
