Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
