Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bright Hollow Facilities looks after properties across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
