Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
