Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Vale Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
