Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Facilities and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
