Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
