Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Ironwood Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 456 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
