Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
