Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Northwind Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
