Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Iron Insurance Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
