Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
