Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
