Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Ironwood West Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
