Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
