Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
